• Initial complimentary consultation for a vibe check and vendor handover  
• 8 weeks before the wedding, we will take over coordinating with all of your vendors  
• Presence on the day from beginning to end, checking in with you to start with and finishing with the pack down  
• Confirming all details with vendors at least 4 weeks before the day  
• Creating a timeline for 1 month before the day, making sure you have all the little things people often forget  
• Creating a run sheet for all vendors to smoothly get through the day  
• Liaising with the venue for coordination  
• Consistent, ongoing support for reassurance and questions

Prices for this package begin at $1200, down from $1500, exclusive to the launch of our business! It can increase depending on the distance from Melbourne and the size of guest list.
