The Process

You've done your research, you think we're the perfect fit to bring your dream wedding to life, and you've filled out the contact form or sent us an enquiry email. So, what happens next? 

1. Scheduling a Vibe Check

We will contact you back within 48 business hours to set up your complimentary vibe check consult! We can meet at a cafe, library, park or wherever you feel comfortable. Please keep in mind that we won't be able to meet you at your residence, but we can absolutely choose a calm, quiet and warm environment instead. Let us know if you require any specific accommodations or accessibility. Meeting online is also an option if travelling is a difficulty. The chat will go for max 30 minutes. 

2. The Vibe Check

This chat isn't about the fine details, it's about us getting to know each other and making sure that we definitely are the right fit for you and vice versa. We want to know your story, individually and as a couple. We want to hear your overall vision and get excited with you. We're here to answer all of your questions. 

3. The Contract

You still love us? Amazing! We'll send you through the contract to read through and sign. Please read through it carefully and ask us any questions you have. We want you to completely understand what you're signing and be happy with how the next number of months will work. With the contract, you'll also receive payment details for either the full fee or the deposit, depending on what agreement we come to. The minute payment is received, it's time to start planning!

4. Planning Meeting

It's time for the fun part, planning! Let's get together for a longer and more detailed chat about your vision, ideas and dreams. We'll start with the big things; potential dates, locations and venue requirements. It's okay if you don't have all of the answers yet! That's part of our job, too. We have resources, ideas and a comprehensive questionnaire to help you narrow it down. If you paid for On the Day Coordination, then we'll go through all of your vendors and make sure every box is ticked and there's a smooth transition of us taking over. 

5. Ongoing Care

For the length of our contract, we will provide you with ongoing communication, care and support with our usual calm and compassion. You will have access to your planning documents, budget tracker and timeline draft and can contact us or request meetings at any point. We are here to support you through the entire process. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to get back to you immediately, but we will as soon as we can. Our usual contact hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5, but will make exceptions for urgent issues.
